1. What Bulkify is

Bulkify is operated by Upcraft LLC, and these terms are an agreement between you and Upcraft LLC. Bulkify is a tool for creating and managing products in a Printify account that you own and control. It acts on your behalf using a Printify personal access token that you provide and can revoke at any time. Bulkify is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Printify.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure, and for all activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Credits and payment

• Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• One credit is consumed when one product is successfully created in your Printify account, regardless of how many variants it has.
• Failed creates do not consume a credit. Publishing, syncing, updating, and deleting are not metered.
• Credits do not expire and packs stack.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Charges appear on your statement as Upcraft, the company that operates Bulkify.

4. Refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases and are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased credits, whether or not they have been used.

Credits never expire and packs stack, so an unused balance stays in your account indefinitely and remains available to you at any time.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the artwork and product information you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use it. We process it only to create and manage products in your Printify account, and we do not sell it or use it to train models.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Bulkify to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to upload unlawful content, or to interfere with the service or with Printify's systems. We may suspend an account that does. Your use of Printify remains governed by your own agreement with them.

7. Availability and third parties

Bulkify depends on the Printify API. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for outages, rate limits, pricing changes, or catalog changes on Printify's side. Bulkify never creates anything in your Printify account without an explicit confirmation from you, and what gets created is your decision.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of Bulkify is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will let you know by email. Continuing to use Bulkify after a change means you accept the updated terms.
