How it works

Connect Printify. Create one product per design.

Step 1

Connect your Printify shop

Add a Printify personal access token. Productify checks the connection and lists the shops it can reach, so every batch is created in the Printify shop you select.

Step 2

Choose one product setup

Reuse an existing Printify product, select a saved Productify template, or configure a new blank and provider. The colors, sizes, prices and artwork placement apply to every design in the batch.

Step 3

Add the designs

Select or drag up to 50 PNG or JPEG files. Each file becomes one proposed Printify product using the shared setup.

Step 4

Prepare and review every listing

Write the title, description and tags yourself, or let Productify draft them from each design, the selected blank and your saved shop voice. Review and edit the copy for every proposed product before creation.

Step 5

Create and publish

Create the approved products in Printify. Successful products stay complete if another item fails, and failed items can be retried. Publish through the store connected to the selected Printify shop.

Does Productify create products or only upload images?

It creates configured products in the selected Printify shop. Artwork reaches Printify's media library during setup, then the reviewed creation job builds the products with the selected blank, provider, variants, prices, listing copy and placement.

Can I use an existing Printify product as a template?

Yes. Choose a product from the selected shop. Productify applies its product type, provider, enabled colors and sizes, prices and artwork placement to the new designs. The original product does not change.

Can I review everything before product creation?

Yes. Review the artwork, title, description, tags, SKU, variants, prices and placement for every proposed product. Artwork is already in Printify's media library at this stage, but the products do not exist until you confirm creation.

Can Productify write a different listing for each design?

Yes. Productify can draft a title, description and tags from each artwork, your shop voice and brand story, and verified details for the selected blank. Every field remains editable, with up to five rewrite requests per product.

Can I publish to Etsy, Shopify or Big Cartel?

Productify publishes through Printify. Select the Printify shop connected to the destination store, create the products there, then publish through that shop's connected sales channel.

Does Productify require a monthly subscription?

No. Productify is pay as you use. Buy credits when you have products to create, and keep unused credits without an expiry date. One successfully created product uses one credit, regardless of its number of color and size variants.
