Connect the Printify shop for the batch
Connect Printify with a personal access token, then select the shop that contains the existing product or saved template. New products are created in this shop.

Template or past product
Choose a saved Productify template or clone a past product from your connected shop. Its blank, provider, colors, sizes, prices and artwork placement become the setup for the batch.
Before the upload
A golden product, past product and saved template serve the same purpose here: they provide the setup for the new artwork. Clone a past product directly, or save it as a template when you expect to use it again.
Create or manage the saved setup with the Printify product template walkthrough.
Bulk creation workflow
Connect Printify with a personal access token, then select the shop that contains the existing product or saved template. New products are created in this shop.

Select a saved Productify template in Create products. For a past Printify product, open Shop catalog and choose Clone, or save the product as a template when you expect to reuse it again.

Confirm the product type, print provider, colors, sizes, prices and artwork placement. Use Change for this upload when this batch needs an adjustment. The saved template remains unchanged.

Select or drag up to 50 PNG or JPEG files. Each artwork becomes one proposed product with the selected setup.

Write the title, description and tags yourself, or ask Productify to draft separate copy for each artwork. Review the copy, variants, prices, SKUs and placement before creation.

Create the approved batch in the selected Printify shop. Publish the completed products through the sales channel connected to that shop when they are ready.

Template batch questions
A saved Productify template is a reusable Printify product setup. You can create one from a past product in a connected Printify shop, then use it as the starting point for new artwork batches.
Productify carries the product type, print provider, enabled colors and sizes, prices and readable artwork placement. A saved source description can also be available for reuse.
No. Productify reads the setup and applies it to new proposed products. The original product remains unchanged.
Yes. Change the colors, sizes, price or artwork placement for the current upload. Those changes do not overwrite the saved template.
No. Every proposed product uses one of the new artwork files you add to the batch. The source product's main mockup may appear as the template thumbnail so you can recognize the setup.
The guided template flow accepts up to 50 PNG or JPEG files per upload. A direct clone from Shop catalog accepts up to 500 files. Each file becomes one proposed product.
Choose the template, add the designs and review each proposed product before creation.
