ChatGPT setup currently requires developer mode on a supported paid plan.

## Questions about creating from chat

### What do I need before I start?

A Productify account, your Printify shop connected and a saved product template. Chat uses that template's product settings. Set up a new product in the web app first if you do not have one to reuse.

### Can I use one design on several products?

Yes. Choose a saved template for each product, such as a tee, mug and tote. Review the proposed products before you approve creation.

### How many designs can I add from chat?

Add up to 20 PNG or JPEG designs per upload. Each design gets its own product. Use the web app for a larger folder of artwork.

### Which shop will receive my products?

The shop selected in Productify. Change the selection in Productify before starting a new request. Work already in progress stays with its original shop.

### Will products go straight to my Etsy or Shopify store?

No. Creation saves unpublished products in Printify. Ask to publish when you are ready, then approve a separate preview. Publishing uses your Printify shop's connected sales channel. Republishing a live product can replace edits made in your store.

### Can I edit the listings or prices?

Yes. Ask to change titles, descriptions, tags or prices for up to 10 products at a time. You will see a preview before the change. This works on products in a Productify upload or created through Productify.

### How do I disconnect chat?

In Productify, open Shops, find Connected apps and select Disconnect. Signing out of Productify does not disconnect a chat app.
